I’m Cindy, a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist.

I work with people experiencing anxiety (including generalised anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, OCD and phobias), as well as trauma, low confidence, intrusive thoughts, and the emotional impact of life changes such as divorce, illness, or career stress.

Through online CBT therapy, I help people manage anxiety, recover from trauma, and rebuild self-esteem so they can reconnect with who they really are.

I also work within the NHS, supporting frontline healthcare professionals to manage stress, burnout, and the emotional toll of helping roles. This has given me a deep understanding of the challenges people face in high-pressure environments and the impact this can have on mental health.

Originally from Texas, I’ve lived in the UK for over 20 years and work with clients from a wide range of backgrounds. I’m often told my down-to-earth style helps people feel comfortable. I bring both real-life understanding and practical tools to support meaningful change.

If you’re looking for CBT therapy for anxiety, you’re not alone - and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. Feel free to get in touch when you’re ready.

I currently offer online sessions via Zoom and Microsoft Teams, making therapy accessible no matter where you’re based in the UK.
